Our Sunshine Box brings together two of our lighter beers, combining to make the perfect refreshing summer beer bundle. Even if the British Summer doesn't deliver the weather, this box always delivers that sunny feeling.

Knowle Spring Blonde is a full-bodied blonde beer brewed with Golden Promise barley malt, Strisselspalt hops from Alsace, and UK-grown Minstrel, Cascade and Chinook hops. It’s an easy-drinking beer with floral and grapefruit aromas, spiced orange on the tongue followed by aromatic citrus hop flavours to finish.

Solis is a limited edition 4% sessionable IPA with hints of tropical flavours and aromatics of mandarin, pineapple, mango and passion fruit. Brewed with Cascade, Chinook and Whitbread Goldings hops in the copper, Cascade, Chinook and Jester at the hop back stage, then dry hopped with Solero. All combining with natural Knowle Spring water drawn from our own artesian well, fine barley malts, and our unique Taylor’s Taste yeast.
