Now includes Northern Rising! The culmination of more than a year’s worth of work between two award-winning breweries, Northern Monk and Timothy Taylor’s. Using roast barley and crystal malt in the brew, so expect a malt-forward and satisfying chocolate flavour. Golden Promise malt is also in the mix, a staple of Timothy Taylor’s cask ales, which gives the beer that trademark full body and satisfying mouthfeel. Find out more about Northern Rising here.

And Solis! Solis is a 4% sessionable IPA with hints of tropical flavours and aromatics of mandarin, pineapple, mango and passion fruit. Brewed with Cascade, Chinook and Whitbread Goldings hops in the copper, Cascade, Chinook and Jester at the hop back stage, then dry hopped with Solero. All combining with natural Knowle Spring water drawn from our own artesian well, fine barley malts, and our unique Taylor’s Taste yeast. Suitable for vegans.
